Hardware & Software Sales
Pacificon supplies high-quality control hardware from trusted manufacturers, with every product configured for performance and reliability. Our product range includes PLCs, HMIs, servo-positioning systems, programming software, sensors, drives, enclosures, and network devices. We are authorized distributors for Rockwell, Schneider (Modicon), IFM, and DeltaMotion (RMC200).
All firmware is applied and tested prior to shipping, and panels and consoles are tailored to your industry’s requirements. Lead times for specialized items are carefully tracked to ensure critical deliveries arrive on schedule — a valuable resource for OEMs and end-users alike.
Technical Support
Remote & On-Site Assistance: Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and emergency response is available via 24-hour telephone support, site visit or real-time log-in to control system.
Preventive Maintenance: We provide suggested service schedules and parts lists to reduce downtime.
Training & Documentation: We develop system manuals, guides, and technical user training offered online or in person.
Warranty & Repairs: We assist with warranty of Pacificon resale products and help site contractors and maintenance personnel with replacement parts pre-configured.
